To help us process your application more quickly we require the following information to be provided with your application:
- A photocopy of your Drivers License/passport
- Tenant Ledger
- Previous rent payment receip
- Bank statement
- Any documentation with your current address (i.e. phone or electricity account)
- All contact numbers for references/agent/employment
- Confirmation of employment
Each applicant is required to fill out an aplication form.
Applicants will be advised on the outcome of the application within 24 hours.
If the application is approved, a lease commencement date must be arranged and an appointment made with this office for the signing of lease documentation.
The initial payment of bond, rent and lease fee must be paid in by BANK CHEQUE OR MONEY ORDER prior to the lease commencing. Total payable will be: -
BOND: (for unfurnished properties) (equivalent to 4 weeks rent)
BOND: (for furnished properties) (equivalent to 6 weeks rent)
RENT: (equivalent to 2 weeks rent)
LEASE COSTS: ($15.00)
